XXIVth Internationally Fair of Havana (FIHAV 2006)

CUSTOMS
With independence of which the customs regulations will be delivered to the moment of the accreditation, we relate some aspects that the exhibitors must bear in mind:
To expire with the customs dispositions.

To request authorization previous for the movement of goods in exhibition earlier, during and after concluded the event.
To present to the customs for his approval the request of inputs and promotions with 72 hours of advance to the achievement of the event.
The TST proceeding from the Customs of Entry up to Fairs and Exhibitions will pay a service of CUC 40.00 for every operation that is realized (Animal. P-9-99 MFP). In case of the reexports also the procedure of Customs TST will be used, without proceeding to the cashing of the services for this concept.
The goods that are imported as accompanied baggage the customs of entry will demand the traveler that they should request the services of a customs agent so that the established thing is fulfilled.
For the case of the nationalized goods and nationals the proper exhibitor will deliver to the customs the list of goods, for his approval. There will not be allowed the entry to the pavilions of goods that do not fulfill the previous requisite.
The exhibitor is finally prohibited the selling of goods authorized to exhibit.
As soon as the event was reached the exhibitor is provided with 30 calendar days to formalize the goods before the customs, which will be able to be declared by the regime that corresponds to them.
Passed this term without the goods fulfill this step will be declared in Legal abandonment in favor of the Cuban state in the space of 48 hours, act before which it does not fit any resource in the administrative route. It is the faculty of the Customs granting or not extension once passed 30 days, request previous founded and presented with advance to this term.
